How to exercise Crossfit ?

Proper crossfit lasts for a minimum of three days. The daily intense workout should last at least 20 minutes. Before it, a 15-minute warm-up is necessary and after it we should do another 10 minutes of stretching exercises. Each exercise performed during the workout should last a minimum of 2 minutes. After a challenging exercise we do an easier one, as we cannot strain the same muscles over and over again. After three days of exercise we take one day off and then three days of exercise again.

Crossfit can be practised either under the supervision of a professional trainer at the gym, or we can exercise on our own at home. However, in this case, we need to show sufficient persistence and motivation to exercise regularly. The downside of independent training is also the lack of a person who will watch over the correctness of our exercises.

This is a large room filled with exercise equipment such as boxes, ladders, bars, barbells, kettlebells etc., which are used in crossfit to improve specific physical areas. The trainer sets up a personalised plan for us that will meet our training goals (e.g. improving speed, strength, strengthening arms, abdominals, losing weight, etc.).

Crossfit can also be trained at home, but it is important to consider that we will not have access to as much equipment as we have at our disposal in a professional box. There is also a significantly increased risk of injury and strain because if we perform an exercise incorrectly, there is no one to correct our mistakes.
